At least add a timer before you can teleport away after dealing a hit
This would actually remove the point of it's use, thus makes adding it useless. Being invincable during a teleport was actually a good thing, but if it's being abused in the way you just explained, it might be a good thing to change being invincilable to being 'neutural'. Impossible to be dealt damage, but impossible to deal damage aswel. How about that?

I certainly support this. Making not only PvPing and PvMing easier, but also skilling. Imagine fletching, herblore, smithing etc. without having to click Withdraw X all the time.

Hey guys its me skittles999! im here to ask what you guys think of this idea which is to bring primal plateskirt, primal chainbody, primal platelegs, primal full helm, primal rapier, primal dagger, maybe primal kiteshield as new tier of weapons and equipment armour and so on...

We already have plenty different armour types ingame. With the current player count the economy will get more and more flooded with items, and with adding another armour type into that equation, that'll drop the prices even further. With that being said, new armours are nice to have, because they draw more activity into the game, and gives players bragging rights when they manage to get a set. I'd like to see a new set like primal ingame, however, we have to think about how it's going to be added.

the set will be like priced what i thinked out helm 220m body 350m, and legs, plateskirt as 250m so i thought it might be a cool idea if a new set came to the game.

Prices can not be determined. They are based on the economy, supply and demand, and how much people are willing to pay for it. But honestly... I'd like to see this set get add as a non-tradable. The ultimate reward for PvMing or playing minigames. With stats slightly less than Torva, but with a small lifesteal bonus perhaps?

Making items like this untradable appeals to me personally, because it shows who put some real efford into something, and making it not just money bought.

I think this could be a great opportunity to consider releasing raids? a new aspect of pvming/bossing. It's a game mode series that introduces different waves with unique bosses in each wave and a group of 4 players can participate at the same time. The key is to work together as a team where every member has a role. If someone dies during the raid he/she don't have the right to continue but can spectate others who are in the same lobby. This new tier armour could be added as a reward to this raid system perhaps? Aiming towards new high-end game content? If this happens to get introduced and shows up to be a success we could potentially add more new tiers of weaponary and equipment in the future as part of raid rewards. Thoughts?

This could be a great way of obtaining items like these. Making it some kind of void-alike armour, but then end-game tier.

I've also hears something about some kind of 'wandering' boss in the wilderniss. This could also be a source of obtaining the Primal set. Drawing both PvMers and PvPers to the wilderniss, this could help making PvP and indirectely Emps more active.

A well thought out idea! I like the thought of having a skill based "minigame" just like the Karamja Agility Arena, but I think it shouldn't be all thieving based. It definitely has some agility in it. E.g. the spear walls, higher agility, bigger chance of succeeding; less chance to trigger the Scarab swarm etc.

Personally I think split private chat is very easy to see, cyan is quite bright color and easy to spot even from far away.
Public chat and clan chat messages (it'd be nice if you could change them to different colors) on brown background is something that's quite hard to spot however but again that depends on how far away you're sitting from your monitor.

Overall it's a clear read, however, when you're in any bright area, like snow and desert areas, the cyan becomes hard to read because there isn't much difference in contrast. I'd like to see this added, so you can change it to whatever colour you see fit in the area.

Players aren't the only people in Emps, at some times during the day there's more npcs in the varrock pub than there are players in GE. So it would make more sense for doomsayers to either be on the other side of the street from the pub or at varrock square, close to the shops, where people walking past would hear them. They would want to target the average person visiting shops and the pub more than the professionals working around GE.

This non-immersive lore won't do. Players want to feel like they're a part of the game world with NPCs living in it and not just that there's players in a game and that's all that NPCs care about.
Not like these level 3 citizens of Varrock are going to make a stand against these mighty demons, right? ._.

But you make a valid point, the world isn't only there for the players, also for the NPCs, and their world is threatened aswel! Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you all for the feedback. First of all, this is mainly Cahit' project. I just gave him my thoughts and suggestions in the early stage.

I have to agree though with Ironsuomi about the title rewards, this is not a thing we should add in Emps-World. It's just straight up messy.

About the location of the Doomsayer, we've considered other places but we've mainly chosen to place it near the Grand Exchange because doomsayers want to be heared, and to be heared they'll have to be in crowded areas.
The other quests currently active at the GE are temporarily ones, and thus will be removed soon. Also, when the quest is completed, the doomsayer should be placed to another location, waiting for another dangerous threat. Making the GE quest free again.

I also put some thought into the Demon Defender. It should be a non-tradable item with  a requirement for wielding it should be a combined level of 170, in both the Attack and Strenght skill. This is an average of 85, equal to all demon weapons, and it should be dropped in two or three parts, obtainable from different demon bosses/monsters. To combine the parts you will have to have finishes this quest. Which should be easy considering the requirements of the quest should be the same as for wielding the defender, but obtaining the parts will be alot harder.
