Pretty much whatever you'd like, streaming Emps, or any RSPS for that matter, isn't really allowed to begin with because of trademark infringement and w/e. I would link you to a post about that explained it really well, however it is on another RSPS, so it would probably be considered promoting another server's content since the forum rules say:

• Do not advertise or promote any non-Emps-World content unless the subforum you are posting in was created for that purpose.

A short summary of the post is that you're broadcasting a modded version of Runescape --> Not allowed

I agree, but I will miss reading all the bugs that are found

I also think that this system can lead to exploitable bugs being taken advantage of by multiple players prior to them being fixed.

You're only supposed to report minor & mediocre bugs in the bug reports. If the bug is severe (I.E duping) it should be directly reported to a higher staff member.

I disagree, having the system you mentioned would mean that duplicate topics would be posted.

Not a huge problem as staff members can 'merge' topics and bugs are usually found by one person.

They can, but I believe they need a valid reason to do so.
There's logs for almost everything, including stake logs, drop logs and chat logs; all of which can be viewed by a staff member.

If you're suspecting you got hacked I advice you to change your password immidiately and make a ticket in the helpdesk


EDIT: Always have a bank pin, you'd probably have your items as they were if you had one.
