Its impossible to stop staking.
Once you have bitten the apple you have to keep biting it.

For myself personally, i have no worries getting cleaned.
Cause i always know i can rebuild. It's just a question about time.
Staking is just like waves in the Atlantic Ocean.
Sometimes its nearly still, sometimes it bounce up, but it will always fall down before it gets back up.
