Did you visit the rev dungeon in the meanwhile? Cause ive seen this occuring too, but yet due to rev dungeon only afaik.

i think it occures only after going deep wildi like level 45+.

i've came back from deep wildi level 62 and went to falador bank where everybody trades thier goods, anyways i've seen that i can right click any player and i can click attack on him, but then it says that me or my target is in a safezone.
heres a screenshot for that!

Hello, few minutes ago i went to attack trolls at trollhelm or w/e it's called , and i found out that the strength style trains the defence and the defence style trains the attack, and the attack style trains the strength state, THIS HAPPENS WHILE UNARMED ONLY!
NOTE: reporting this from the old and the new client!

I uploaded the current cache for you. Extract it with winrar and replace your .emps_world folder in your usermap by this cache.
Because your loader won't download any files for you I'm afraid it will not download any updates that will follow after this day. And I won't upload the cache after every update for you so you have to find a solution yourself on that.

Limpwurt roots--hill giants
Jangerberries--cockatrices
Potato-cactus and mort-myre fungi--banshees
Pestle and mortar-vial of water-eye of newt--bought from general stores
Unicorn horn dust--made by using unicorn horn with pestle n mortar--horns can b obtained by killing uncorns surprised
Chocolate dust--made by using chocolate bar with a pestle n mortar--chocolate bars bought from general stores
Eye of newt--and vials of water--bought from general store
Snpe grass--obtained by cage fishing
All herbs--dropped by evry mobster in emps-scape
Wine of zamorak--wizards
Birdsnest--cutting trees yew and higher
