Hey guys, again with a question.

Ive searched the forum topics and wiki and im still confused.

Are both god bows equal in dmg/strenght?

if so, why is saradomin bow and arrows more expensive (pricelist)

And are they worth it for pvp/pvm ?

Depends on what you want to train man.
But i suggest you to make it a 3split.

1 day you train; Biceps and back

2 day you train; Shoulder/neck/legs

3 day you train; Chest and tricep and abs.

Hope you got the training tips you wanted

Is that the best rotation for training? i always do chest and shoulder together, and biceps n triceps together.

Anyway i dont know if you know your stuff about training, but what are good exercises to train shoulders n legs at home, with only dumbells?

Hey guys, i dont know if theres already a thread on this subject, but i used the search option and came up with nothing.

whats a good place and safe place to train lets say, range or magic.

Im currently 60 range on my account and tree spirits are getting stale, but moss giants or giants will kill me since i have 1 defence.

Anybody got any ideas or tips? anything would be helpfull
