You can smudge like that, but then täke these stationary renders that .. have no character.
Id like to see more moving signatuures combing with that smudge.

Probably such render cause it's for beginners as a guide? Anyways feels like a waste of epic smudge on such render.

Is there a shorter smudge tut from you, cbf watch 40minutes. :kappa:

I was actually struggling a lot to find a proper render, I was searching for something that would have a neat color scheme, not too colorful, not too washed out, also renders that have a lot of extra stuff going to the sides aren't very suitable for smudge (example) after an hour of searching I just gave up and picked somewhat okay

Maybe it's easier to show a small part of every section that you apply to the signature? Kinda pointless watching you use the same brushstrokes for 2min, just show the start and then speed it up superfast to the next part of the video Same for smudging, show a few strokes real time, then speed up really fast and show the rest in 5s or so.

I really like the tutorial, well done, and i'm sure lots of people are interested in it

Every section where I wasn't talking is sped up, it was originally like 1 hour and 10 mins. Probably the main reason for it being that long is because I have to think how to translate what I want to say while also focusing on the design, I just hope I'll get used to it after a while but for now...my tuts will stay 30min+ :/

Also I had an idea to just show the main smudge, that layer after layer thing but I figured showing the whole process might be more useful.

Hello there, i saw your topic and i know the right guy for you.
Matrix2 makes amazing work, he made me some nearly 2 years ago its great.

If you dont like it, i know another graphixs designer.
She is the designer for an official gaming organisation, she makes amazing work. Everything lol related.
But i think she wants some real life money for it. But she is very cheap, shouldnt cost more than 5-8$ for what you need.

Exactly the same, played it non-stop until those DLC's. I simply spent my whole savings so I was too poor to purchase them and after seeing that I won't be able to do nightfall and other stuff just because I don't have the required DLC I said fck it...Haven't played it since the first DLC release until yesterday, seems quite a dead game if you don't have those DLC's now.
