Hello,

I wanted to make a thread to discuss something that I’ve noticed over the course of a few years. Since I’ve always been interested in the Moderation aspect of RSPS’s, I’ve always kept an eye on the “Emps-World Staff Team” thread. However, one thing that always catches my eye, is nearly every time I log into the forums to check on how things are going here, I almost always see that there’s a change in the staff team, and almost every time, there’s one or more names missing from the list since the last time that I’ve checked the thread, which is usually 1-2 weeks in between each check. Sometimes I’ll be on the forums, and there will be a staff member who actively resigns while I’m online.

For those of you who aren’t aware, “Turnover Rate” is basically a fancy term for describing when people, or employees, resign from their positions, where it’s mostly used in the IRL work force.

Anyways, I’ve noticed that the Turnover Rate here is actually quite high. So I wanted to ask why this is the case?

Size of it is pretty massive. However, it's a simple design. Personally, I think the shade of gray that you used for the star is a little too dark. If you were to lighten it up a bit, the character's head would pop out a bit more.

But it's nice for a super simple design.

Hey guys (and gals)!

I haven't been on here in such a long time, aside from my occasional lurking. But I thought I'd stop by and say hi! I will be trying to be more active again and see what I've missed. Judging by all the update notes i'm seeing, I've missed quite a lot.

I'm currently working on trying to get my main account back, as I have forgotten the password like a dingbat. However, hopefully I can get that going for me, and I'll be back up and running soon!

For those of you who don't know me, I'm an Emps-Scape veteran player since August of 2008. I used to be a moderator back on the "Dream Team" in 2010, and I was the first and only promotion that Dean (Youbejooin) had done before Mod Mai had demoted him for setting his stats lol. Anyways, if anyone wants to know more of my backstory, you can feel free to PM me.
