You only donate for Donator h'weens or buy it from other players to get it, not by a drop from monsters.
I think the price went down cause it's useless.

Have you tried to relog or reload your client?

Restarting the client wont move the NPCs .. come on..

Well, sometimes npcs might noclip when i'm lagging so..
