When someone is talking and there text is almost out of the screen at the top it appears like this.
sometimes the text is gone and sometimes the text is half one color and half black instead of invisible.

How it would make skilling a lot easier?

Not sure if its possible, but if it is, then why not

Anyways, This.

It would free up one more inventory space. Also every time you click bank all, your hammer wont be put back into the bank. Thus making it easier.   
Note: Same goes for other tools like harpoon.

This command would be quite pointless however I would suggest adding the ::stafflist command to open up the staff list (this would function just like the ::wiki and ::Facebook).

I think this would be a great idea. Also add the aforementioned command to the commands command.

I think tools like Hammers, Spades, Shears, harpoons, and other tools should be wieldable. As you can see they have handles, but you can't wield them. Being able to wield these items would make skilling a lot easier.
