Pretty much whatever you'd like, streaming Emps, or any RSPS for that matter, isn't really allowed to begin with because of trademark infringement and w/e. I would link you to a post about that explained it really well, however it is on another RSPS, so it would probably be considered promoting another server's content since the forum rules say:

• Do not advertise or promote any non-Emps-World content unless the subforum you are posting in was created for that purpose.

A short summary of the post is that you're broadcasting a modded version of Runescape --> Not allowed

Well, it would require lots more and I see how it could be useful, however I feel it wouldn't be necessary. Improving the game and the community should be motivation enough by itself if you enjoy playing here since it improves your own experience of it. I wouldn't have people ruining the game for me, so I report them if I think I need to --> bad player removed --> improved game experience.

if you're talking about reporting yourself and gaining EP or should i say PP from it, staff members can check their ip addresses i think... And if you think players would get rewards for reporting every single spammer in GE then, it wouldn't happen as well.

Or just make them random event rewards

Personally I still think EP should be obtained from social events, I.E Fb sharing/liking and events hosted by the event team.

Well, he isn't completely gone; his animation is still there, but he isn't clickable, at least not on my client and thus I'm not able to locate the shooting star without going out looking for it.

And before you ask, yes, I have relogged and restarted the client, it still occurs.

I disagree, some people have spent years training their account and I don't think it should be taken away from them if they lack recent activity. The people that are high up on the hiscores are there for a reason. The amount of time dedicated to that account is enormous and I think it illustrates how well you've mastered the game.

It basically comes down to this; I think the total amount of time spent here should be valued higher than recent activity. Accounts with massive amounts of XP shouldn't be deleted jsut to give room for other people in the hiscores, it wouldn't encourage people to come back if they once played; that would be bad for the community as a whole. For me personally, I don't know if I'd come back if I didn't have my account. They wouldn't want to lose potential players that are veterans coming back looking for their account.

Resolved Bug Reports / Bank buttons overlapping the chatbox

The buttons for the bank are getting priority over the chatbox and is overlapping it:

I also found that if you hover the back window close to the edge of the screen, making the bank window overlap with the border of the screen, the borders and background disappears:

There is a lot to take in consideration when making the minimum damage dealt, the lower level players are in no way near to dealing the average player's damage. Instead of doing the minimum damage, which will require a lot a work, do something like positional changing over time for the lower levels (they might be used for flag carrying, since their damage is minuscule) and add a minimum level requirement to enter. The level 3-15 (up to 15 because some skillers train prayer) skillers aren't going to contribute to the match anyway.

But most importantly I would suggest a minimum level requirement to join, something like level 50-70 and then work around the low level minimum damage requirement.
