let me lighten up the mood a little bit here, let's not assume that thomy has thoughts of ignoring the players, because he did go for many of the updates that players have suggested, such as "kill log" update for example, it wasn't suggested by charr or mary.
if you want to test this out, make a good suggestion and make a huge fuss about it, then we see what happens, and if you actually want a proof that he cares about players ideas. take this thread for example :

I'm not complaining about corp, ok? but the mechanics themselve, if you want to make corp stronger, add some new special attacks, and possibly another phase, it makes no sense that corp got stronger dramatically just because the prayer mechanics changed,  at least make the drop table worth it not complete bullshit, except for few drops.
at the very least add dragon drops to it, I swear I would be happy if I got alchables out of him, at least not rune essence that no body buys these days.
you know what, it's ok to have bosses that hard, I don't mind that too but the point is either you make them worth it, or just give our usual bosses back, because if you ask me, it's too demotivating to go and kill corp, get 3 kills at max, and 4 if you get extremely lucky, and in the end get a spectral sigil.
I would rather go staking in that case.

I tried again today, and realized that this is complete whoreshit, I could only get 4 kills max in a certain trip, well that was because I probably lucked out this time... hoooooly shit this is really bad, you will end up losing supplies for 2 kills a trip, which is goddamn shitty.
as corp is supposed to be hard right, but KBD, fking KBD that triple cow head is fucking op man I could only kill him twice in my alt, I used to kill him 13+ times.
in other words it happened that I am supporting someone12116's feedback.

I don't know what you are talking about honestly, it's already fine as it is, last time I went to kill corp I managed 5 kills each trip, which is the average kills before the "making pvm a challenge " update.
I still think it might need some adjusting though, because it was pretty annoying.

Otherwise you can just keep a non-ironman account to buy member tickets and give them to your ironman for free or beg someone else to give you a free member ticket. Either way someone had to donate for them and support the server, which is the whole idea behind them.

I did think of it this way, but I was like let's just see what everyone thinks :/

it's not that I have anything against the current system where you are actually able to buy from ge, but since the prices of the member ticket can change, and for  various reasons why not make ironman membership buyable from a certain NPC just like we used to buy GA before 2-3 months, and it could have options like these
-membership for 10 days (price)
-membership for 20 days (higher price)
-membership for 30 days (even higher price).

or something of a kind.
