oi m9 when I got it there was nothing better

I'm planning on making a low cost gaming machine. any recs on this build so far:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3Pjdcf

needs more intel
but intel rishe cpu. i noe rishe

which wanna these then:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VHmXNG
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/L9DPNG

or any mix of the two

i wud go http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JybJt6 maybe

Since you picked a 970 as your GPU, I'd recommend a beefier CPU too, so you won't have to worry about bottlenecks.
Also, get a psu that is more than 500W, since that's the minimum for your picked GPU. Something like 600-700W.
The i5-4460 is a decent cpu, I wouldn't really go lower than quad-core with that graphics card.
i5 4690k would be the best choice for gaming, although you'd have to get a motherboard that supports overclocking. Then again, in your original build that you linked, you picked a motherboard that cost around 100 and you can get one that supports OC'ing for around that price too.
What exactly is your budget?

TDP for the 970 is only 145w though, the 500w minimum recommendation by Nvidia gives very generous headroom for power hungry components. As the 4460 only uses about 85w, a 500w PSU should be plenty even when including motherboard etc.

Oh come now Thomy, ECC is superior to RSA...

Depends on key length. Also RSA has been around longer, so it's probably less likely to have undiscovered weaknesses.
