General Discussion / Client not working??help

So i downloaded the .exe and it said i dont have the propper permission to open and it came up with a red x, the webclient doesnt work due to problems with my java, i have the latest version so dont reccomend that, also why does the .exe come with a virus?? my computer nuetralized it but wtf is that lol, also is this the same emp scape from a long time ago?? any help i wanna play please
