Resolved Bug Reports / Wild chasing and freezing spells not working properly

Wild chasing
So when pvping the movement is bit awkward, i dont know how to explain it alot but Thomy u should try it out while mage pking its really weird the mechanics is all messed up.

Freezing spells
When Entangling or barraging it does the emote but doesnt add the effect to the enemy its like 50% of the times it doesnt work, please fix

Hello Ladies & Gentleman!
You guessed it PURPLE PHAT is back for a bank rebuild and to plan another big event for Christmas Day!

Also i will be accepting donations to get the Event Rewards high as possible!

I will be updating every 2-3 days depending how much free time i have!

Keep in mind, i started to make remake the bank 02.12.2015, i asked my friend "Superkettu1" for a Arcane Spirit shield, and i took a risk that nobody should ever take, i went to duel arena and made 1 stake which i won, the losers name was "gtf0 pl0x", items that i won was 80m and an ags, so that gave me huge boost to rebuild my bank for 24th of December !

So please, no hateful comments!

So in Emps-Scape there was Emps-Wars instead of castle wars, by any chance can we get it back ? if we get enough votes will you bring back Emps-Wars, Thomy please. it was alot more fun back in the day.

Well some of you may know me as Enar and some might know me as my ing name Purple Phat
Also some might know me as Scammer (Huh I Own ; Eesti 0m4b)
Some may know me as Helpful Emps-world player

The Reason's im leaving Emps-World are:
some updates are useless
my friends are leaving
i have played rpg games for just too long
iv wasted time on this game just too much started at around (2006-2007)

Story of my life in Emps-Scape
1st account name = Bloodybrick2
Bloodybrick2 Story

1st 99 i had on that account was Attack
was 1st person to have bandos godsword among my friends within 1 month of playing
2nd 99 strength
3rd 99 hit points
Met Joshiee
and after i got my defence 80, it got stolen from me in early 2008 by my class mates

then i created new account called Purple_phat in late 2008
Purple_phat Story

1st 99 was Magic, used to train it at Turoth  best magic training place ever with ice burst
after 99 magic i made the account into maxed pure
while maxed pure i used to pk alot with my buddy (Black Cops)
after 1 year of it being a pure i got bored and made it to main account since i did not have main account back then

After i made Purple Phat into a main account i made few zerker's and obby pure
I cant remember obby pure name but i can remember few of my zerker names: White zerker ; Blue zerker

Well there's these keys called "Ecumencial Key" http://2007.runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Ecumenical_key
if those were added to emps-world it would be epic bcause when ppl with void / without g.a die at gwd they have easyer chance to get stuff back, but i recommend that keys drop rate should be quite high like 1 out of 100 which makes em rare
and best place to have the monsters that drop em in dungeon that is in wild, since they are soo good keys to have it should be hard to get em, and would make wild reborn again, ppl who come there dont have to gear up with 100m's they can gear up with 3 items or whatever but the zone should be multi..
i would just farm those keys, also when keys come you should make kc 40 again
since kc is already easy to get with proper gear.
