LocationOk I couldn't come up with an appropriate location because I was thinking of putting them where the Ice Warriors currently are but thought it'd be a bad idea. So I don't know if it's possible but we could add a Glacor cave, hows it's down in RS. The entrance to the cave would be North-East of Relleka, just because I saw a cave entrance there and thought it'd be appropriate to fit in with the ice theme.
The cave entrance would lead into a cave as illustrated below.
The cave would consist of around 8 Glacors.
Combat StyleBasically The Glacor's would behave similarly too our current Mithril Dragons. In the sense that they would be a high level Pvm monster and the drop rates of Glacyte boots would be similar to that of Zamorakian Spears.
They would attack with magic attacks at a distance and when within melee distance they are able to use all three combat styles. The combat style is always random per different kill. So for example, I come into kill a Glacor it attacks me with Magic, then once I'm within melee distance from it. It will choose 1/3 different combat styles and use that against me for the duration of the kill. Unless however it chooses to use its special attack after which it is able to change combat styles again.
When they reach 50% health, they will summon 3 little minions once. Similar to those summoned by Arzinian avatars. During this time the Glacor is invulnerable to damage and thus require you to slay the minions before proceeding to kill the Glacor.
Glacors would be vulnerable to fire spells thus making it worthwhile to use magic here, however other combat styles can still be used here, they just won't be as effective.
These different style attacks can easily be predicted as ranged attacks consist of an icicle, whilst magic attacks consist of a blue sphere. Ranged attacks are made with their right arms, whilst Magic attacks are done with the left arm.
NOTE: I haven't included the same system the minions work as they do in RS. I've done the minions similar to how they've been done on the Arzinian avatars, however the actual way they work is a little more complicated. If you'd like me to include the system they're done by in RS, just ask me.

The reason I thought this would be a good idea, is firstly its adds more high level monsters for Pvmers such as myself to enjoy. Secondly, I know that a lot of people have wanted some new boots in game and I feel Glacyte boots would fit appropriately into the game. Thirdly, Mage isn't used much at the moment when Pvming and it adds a bit of variety rather than always using Melee, as Mage would be the most useful combat style here.
