As for the solutions, Thomy has shown zero interest in majority players opinion lately, not a single reply in this topic or any other that can be discussed as "a thing"... He listens perhaps just to name few, like Drugs, Jp, Martin, that Tulrak dude and some times Cahit, Earl, maybe some more I don't know even.

I noticed something similar like 2 years ago, when Charr and Saoledpede1 were the ones who got things done, even some really stupid things that were reverted afterwards. My solution was to simply turn to Charr instead of trying to appeal to Thomy, because Charr was full of bad ideas and so I tried my best to a be a filter for those ideas. I spent a lot of time arguing with Charr and proving to him that he's wrong, before he had a chance to spread many of those ideas.

I'd suggest that you do the same, try to become a part of his inner circle or try to appeal to people who are already in his inner circle. I don't think that's true for most people on that list, it's unlikely that it's true for Drugs, Cahit or Earl and it's certainly not true for me. But you might notice that the people who Thomy has listened to tend to have been high-ranking staff members, so climbing the staff ladder to get more access to him might be the way to go.

One problem with Thomy is that he's not trying to look at things from a player's perspective, which I found out when I was discussing the economy and got a reply from Thomy where he justified his belief that the economy is doing well by looking at the grand exchange market watcher and saying that the prices seem stable. From that I suspect that the reason revenants were changed was not because of the people who complained about it, but because it had an effect on the whole market.

Also why am I "that Tulrak dude"?

• Buff ring of vigour, add +2 to both all accuracy and strength bonuses, back when stone was the best ring they were made equal but this ring is dead content currently due to imbued rings, imbued rings will still be superior in their respective class after the buff.

First time I think I've ever heard anyone complain about vigour tbh.

IMO I think it's fine as it is still, there's enough reason to take it over the imbued rings in certain PvM scenarios where constantly having specs is much more helpful. PvP might be a different story but I wouldn't know. Dunno where you got this thing being dead content from?

Thanks for all the feedback. I've got following changes ready for next patch so far:

• Guaranteed attack delay when eating of 1.5s. Brews give 0.5s delay
• Proc chance reduction of enchanted bolts: 20% --> 15%. Onyx bolts 10% and emerald bolts (poison effect) 30%.
• Morrigan special attack rework: 135% damage --> 125% damage and bleed effect ticks in 5 damages every 1.5s instead of 6 large damage ticks every 1s. Bleeds will be stackable too.
• Morrigan throwing axe spec buff: 150% --> 160%
• Overload restores less stats for PvP.
• Vesta spear spec damage reduced, but now has 2 immediate and 1 delayed hits.
• Vesta longsword spec will deal 5% more damage
• Statius hammer spec damage buff: +15%
• Prayer drain rate rework: OSRS copy
• New potions: prayer renewal & super prayer potion
• AGS spec buff: 131.25% --> 137.5% damage

This is just a short list, the full changes with full numbers and explanations will be in the patch notes next week. I know it's difficult to judge on numbers without trying things out, but thoughts on this so far?

Will be interesting, I see some stuff suggested by Martin too.

Thats the whole point of overload that it has high herblore requirements, it has high demand and actual benefit for herb sink and it's secondary items, disagree with the idea, overloads are there where they have to be atm, making them drop from mobs removes herb and ingridient demand. If you don't like leveling your herb up on ironmane you should make regular account.

The concept of the 3 top damage dealers that gets loot is a good idea which in my opinion brought the life back to PVMing. Before PVM was dead. Thanks to this idea it's more alive now. It's true that a lot of players can get many drops but still this idea should not be removed.
