I personaly think that Emps is not suited for newcomers yet.
I agree that emps needs more monsters, improved drops on low levels ( I don't mean drops worth more, but of more use to the new players. like rune weapons, armor etc).
I experienced it myself when i hadn't got my stats back. You start at lvl 3, have absolutely no items, don't know where to go or even where to get your first mil from. Skilling only gives you money, when you spent days on it or invested money before and the monster drops just suck. You can go collect herbs or some shit, but you'll need to collect a ton of them. The start in emps is almost unbearable.

Therefore i generaly agree with the idea, but i think more than just new monsters are needed to improve the gameplay for new players.

If youre new you dont know where to go ,PPl ignore them

I think the problem is that the new players have to ask and have no option to look up where to go. There is no real tutorial in emps and most of the people won't take time to show you around. A relyable source of information for newcomers is needed. May it be the wiki anytime soon or anything else, but new players are rather  shooed away from emps at first sight than being able to enjoy this awesome server.

i absolutely agree with this. Same answers are posted over and over again, just to increase the length of your e-penis. rather get a rep+ system. Ye people will go ahead and create new accounts to rep themselves, but fuck off, atlest the forum stays clean.
