Title: Why can't I see spider wings?

I just bought myself spider wings but the thing is that I can't see them
Why? please fix this as soon as possible thank you in advance :) :)
These are quite expensive wings so I'd like to see them :) :)

He was using an old client, reinstalling fixed it
