more common in the nordic and baltic countries, but yes.
Not drinking is considered not normal in Estonia, can tell from my own experience.
especially if you're 12 and not drinking

Last year i was the toastmaster/host, the guy with a microphone telling everyone whatsup and running games from stage and calling
everyone up to get their paper. Had a fun time calling up the teacher(s) i disliked the most but still loved in a weird way. RoastROASTROAAAAAAAAAAST.

Was a really great day. All of the students recieved a three course meal alongside with drinks.
It wasn't too emotional. One chapter in life closed another one opened up :)

Something to look forward to!

Normally when people in the Netherlands graduate they drink yeah. not everyone does tho
