Title: spectrals

There seems to be a problem with the respawning of spectrals. When I kill one and try to spawn anotherone by digging on a grave, nothing happens. It does work after relogging, but after killing that spectral, the same problem reoccurs. I tried ::reloadmap and ::flushmodels, but that didn't solve it.
