Not able to finish clue scroll last 3 pieces

Green arrow shows what pieces need to be "swapped"
I've done this clue 2 times from scratch (after relog) but I still end up in same place ???

Thomy's already working on a fix. Currently it is possible to get unsolvable clues.

Did this clue 3 times before I got it done, thought it's unsolveable in general

Some permutations are unsolvable. I will fix this tomorrow.
