Hi, please keep this topic serious and legit don't post random shit like "ya i lift my right hand and" blablabla
If anyone in this community goes to the gym, go ahead and post your max's in these 3 main exercises: bench press, deadlift, squat. Please do not post fake scores, this is a community with random players you won't impress anyone..
Here's mine:
Bench press: 95kg x 2 (this was a while ago, I don't know how much I do bench press now due to my shoulder being weird, so I won't take the risk and max now.)
Deadlift: 120kg x 3. Quite new in this exercise as I wasn't quite sure how to do it, it's not recommended to do this with heavy weight if you're new, you can fuck up your back.
Squat: 147.5kg x 5
My body weight: 85kg (currently shredding)
Height: 177 cm

Bench press: 90kg MAX, a while back havent really tried to max cause i got the same problem as you in my shoulder
Deadlift: 155kg x5 is my max here. I have just started training deadlift alot.
Squat: 165kg, playing ice hockey squating alot, had knee injury but im good now

Lol I can only bench like 70kg - I don't go to the gym. xD

Bench press: well i don't lift 1-2 times for set, When i lift i do it 12-15, which i lift 95kg for 4 sets 12-15, Never tried to life a wight for 1-2 times but if i do I'm sure i can go with 110kg and probably i can lift it for 2-3 times.
Deadlift: I hate this exercise, never tried it before, but as i see others doing it, i can life over 100kg with it easily.
Squat: I just started doing this exercise a while ago, i can go 100kg - 4 sets - 12-15.

Are you sure you can squat 100kg all the way down for 4 sets x 12-15 reps? Not sure if you made a typo but you said you recently started doing the exercise, 100kg is quite alot to train with if you're new. Anyway if you can do it, then that's great.
Impressive stats though.
