I checked the page with Mozilla Firefox and I did not have it, you might (most likely) have a virus in your system.

I don't use firefox at all, I use Chrome without any ad blocker and I don't have any Ads shown.

I had this problem, you have to uninstall it from control panel

Open control panel -> Click on uninstall a program -> Right click on Record page(?) -> Uninstall

malwarebytes anti malware will most likely fix that issue.
You have a malware on your pc, stop watching so much porn on sites you don't trust..
