This is what I have at my own apartment and I can play online games completely fine.

You don't need 100 Mb/s connections for other than streaming or downloading big files faster.

Downloading a game is the main problem, and it seems like I forgot to mention anything about my laptop as a second reason why I don't download em ::) ;D ;D

true dat, it is also needed when more than one person uses internet connection (in my case like 4-5 devices are connected to the internet)!
otherthan that it is totally fine to have less than 100 mb/s
