Right now they can only hit from 5-8 with their melee attacks, this includes the special attack.

(While using melee protection prayers)

Yeah, it's correct indeed. The only attack hitting through protection prayer is swinging their maul.

Bubblebeam2 was right, they are currently bugged.
Wasn't the maul swing attack supposed to hit high, even through prayer? Atleast it used to, now it barely hits.

Also if your hp is 25 or lower, they can't damage you at all.
