Any more details? is it only visual bug? does it happen when casting specific spells?

It's not a visual bug, hits apply. No spells were used and I did not have any runes in my inventory either.

Is there a way of reproducing this? What happens if you set another spell?

After deactivating the spell I was unable to reproduce it again.
