can tell me how to make money?
how to be a good player?
what i can use weapon and armor or equipment?

Just play the game and you'll progress gradually and you'll gather money and equipment eventually. I'd suggest completing the christmas event quest line, if you get lucky you can get yourself a candy cane which is worth a lot of money :P
Look around and set yourself small goals or one big long term goal i.e getting a 99 to keep yourself busy with the game.
