I think its okay to give your account if you're not going to use it again.

I think its okay to give your account if you're not going to use it again.
Only when the e-mail on it is deleted, else the original player will be able to recover it back, along with all progress made in the meanwhile. And still it's a shady business because if the original player has proof it was his account, he can easily get it back, claiming it was hacked or lost his password.
