This is almost true for every player who quit lol. An example of this would be "Strismade." He got cleaned at stake and was really pissed of, went to Fally, did a drop party, logged out, and boom, 2 days after, I saw him in Fally. I assume that he came back the next day after he calm down but whatever its not my business, just sharing a story :P
