i cant play please help!!

ive download the game and installed it now i got the play now screen , when clicking the play now button game crash! please help me to solve this issue

i hope i can send an short video .. when clickin play now game just crash down .. ive tried deleting also clearing cache nothing happend i hope u can help me

The game not starting usually means you have a faulty game client, java or GPU driver installation.
