At the end of Tutorial island you can set your ironman mode by talking to the Quest Guide (https://emps-world.net/wiki/Quest_guide). This may help: https://emps-world.net/wiki/Ironman_mode

You must all be online at the same time and one player needs to invite all members into a group through friends-list.
