Title: Havent played 3 or 4 years .

Logged in and bank is empty . got nothing or anything to start over with . Any chance get some kind of starter pack , maybe an axe , bow, fishing net :D or ideas how to get all stuff back :D

Our banks were wiped when the server came back online, I'm pretty sure you can get some sort of heirloom armor (and weapon) which scales up to level 40 when you finish the tutorial island along with basic food and such.

You are able to buy the basic skilling equipment in stores for a little amount of gold. An example would be the fishing rod at the store in Port Sarim (wiki (https://emps-world.net/wiki) contains a lot of useful information)
