Introduction
Hey Guys,
I've noticed quite a few players asking where to find the Mithril dragons, and how to best fight them. So I thought I'd make short guide outlining the basics for people.
Firstly before anything, To kill the Mithril dragons you must have a current Membership and you must have also completed the Desert War Quest..
What To Take and the Basic Requirements
The following is the combat stats I would recommend to have as a bare minimum before attempting to kill the Mithril Dragons using melee.
Attack Level - 85+
Strength Level - 85+
Defence Level - 85+
Prayer Level - 43+
The picture shows the Minimum equipment you should try using for killing the Mithril dragon.

or ( If your willing to spend more money on your PVM gear )

NOTE: If you are worried of dieing and losing all of your gear, you can purchase a Guardian Angel from the Edgeville monastery for $1M to keep all your items on death.
The following inventory should be taken, containing a DDS ( Dragon Dagger P++) for poison damage. Falador or any other teleport tabs of your choice for a quick get away and prayer potions to stay there for longer.

NOTE: Dragonfire shields provides much higher defense against the dragons, Dragon fire breathe. Thus I recommend people to try get a Dragonfire shield rather than an Anti-Dragon shield.
Location
Mithril Dragons are located in the Brimhaven Dungeon. The Brimhaven Dungeon can be found slightly North of the Rimmington Home teleport into the mine, and down the ladder. From then on follow the path way South - West, until you reach the vines which you then cross. Keep walking further down until you find the Giant Champions. Once your at the Giant champions walk North-West until your at the staircase leading to the Brutal and Mithril Dragons.
NOTE: Use Protect from Magic while running to the Mithril dragons and then switch to Protect from Melee while fighting the Mithril dragons to avoid greatest damage. If you do not use these protection prayers, you will die very fast.
Here's some pictures to help illustrate.

Feel free to message me if there's any errors in what I've written here, and I'll tend to them ASAP. Also if you still have trouble understanding what to do, feel free to PM me ING and I'll do my best to help.

That drops list is quite outdated, but the rest looks great! Well done!
Here, copy this list of what Mithril dragons currently drop:

Why 3rd age? It gives no strength bonuses and its magic def sucks. Only thing it's good for is melee def. And you already get that from Melee pray.
Karil/Black d'hide > 3rd age melee

I wrote this guide as more of a generalization, so people who don't know how to fight Mithril Dragons can get a basic grasp of how to do it. Although your probably right, I think that changing between various setups, especially once your fairly experienced with killing them is down to personal preference. Nonetheless Once I finish my exams and I have some spare time, I'll go through and update a few things to be more accurate.

Excellent guide plats :)

Good guide bro , keep it up ;))
-
Nice guide.
Although, there is another way to access these Dragons via Catherby.

Rather informative. Wonderful job! What are your views on bandos armor instead, though?

This may be a little risky. However, if you're confident enough then I don't see why not.

On second thought with the occasional disconnects everyone's been getting and whip being >bandos in worth, probably not too wise now that I think of it.

Actually Bandos is a good idea to take, as it really helps makes trips longer and kills faster. If your worried about loosing your items, you can always get a Guardian Angel from the monastery in edgville for $1m cash.

Good job, great guide!

If I'm right then there is another place where mith dragons are. If you run deeper you will meet bronze/iron/steel/mith dragons. But you also need agility 45, if I'm right.

I'm not too sure about the agility, but yes there is another place. Once I finish all my stuff at school I'll edit through the guide and add the second mith dragon spot and also update a few other things.

I assume you mean a way to safe spot range them? If so, then yes there are a few current ways you can do that, one of them is done at the second Mithril dragon location in Cathebury. I've seen people safe spot them at Brimhaven dungeon but I'll have to try it myself before I can add anything to my guide explaining how to do it.

Good job, mate! :)
