Congratulations to Il Pk I on becoming Emps-World's first Forum Moderator! He'll do an amazing job, like he always does :)


Also, if this goes against the rule I made back in 2010 (Only staff managers make congratulations threads), then simply delete it instead of giving me a forum warning.
