Wildywyrm doesn't requests slayer level, So it might be bad luck for you, But it doesn't mean you can't solo it.

Might be because of your low attack level. Try using super attack potion.

When I come with full gear I barely hit on it. It is very tanky so you have to be patient, you can't expect to kill it like a regular Goblin.
