What's the reason behind GDW Pet?

Okay so I have a Zamorak Hawk and I was wondering why (whoever) invented the birds/hawks instead of a Mini-GDW pet? I mean, IMO, I think that Mini GDW pet are much better looking and more "UNIQUE," if I say so myself.
Why the hawks, raptor, owl tho? Mods/Admin?

I'm just wondering Why!! (Curious). Because it'd make much more sense to have a mini-gdw pet that is better looking than a bunch of hawks/birds really.

I swear I have posted this billion times on various topics: The current revision doesn't support any of the GWD boss mini pets. Have fun making the models and animations for them.

Typo lol :P fixed it now.

Somebody would have to make custom models and animations for those pets to make adding them possible :(
