We all know that you are a busy man but emps is really lacking updates, there is so much great content which we can add but we just don't.

I.said.this.not.because.theres.no.updates.but.because.these.updates.have.little.to.no.impact.on.playercount.

new.items.ingame.like.yeahyeah.its.rsps.we.get.these.new.items.in.first.3.days...and.thenwat.
On.every.new.pk.video.wild.is.empty.as.fuck.and.most.of.the.clips.are.fighting.same.3-4.players....etcetc.

Yall.need.to.figure.out.how.to.raise.playercount.

I just checked and none of those updates added what I would consider 'new content/content that stays long' they're all just bugfixes which while needed do prove his point a bit.
Then again I'm only on the forums so I don't really care.

Grand Exchange was supposed to come like? 8 months ago? Idk...
And that would be the biggest update within those months, but inbetween the updates all that have happened
is some new armour, some bonus xp or nerf on items and some minor bug fixes.
Not something players notice...

Imagine owning a Circus... And you have one animal, and that is the donkey.
People will get tired off looking at that donkey. They will stop comming to this circus
You need Crocodiles, Lions, Giraffs, Volibears and some other sick shit :/

And when you first got them, you need to learn them tricks (evolve).
You can relate it to evolving already good ideas that you have implemented.

Problem with GE was that people abused the test world only to find duping bugs to abuse rather than helping them getting fixed. That is really demotivating for Thomy, I'd assume.

This is the reason why we need really good and detailed suggestions. Like if you have done 100% and all there is left is coding the item,event,boss etc in the game. That's how suggestions & ideas section should be. At least that's what I think.

There are plenty of good suggestions already just nobody to implement it. Why would people bother making good and detailed suggestions, nothing gets added because our developer has no time on his hands.

Jokes aside, I can't promise updates on a scheduled cycle as a single person. Emps is already a pretty big game with plenty of things to do. I try my best to roll in at least one update a week and so far I haven't missed that goal often.

I hope you do understand, that I can't just hold a casting for new developers and expect them to deliver quality game content within their first week? Emps has grown big and so has its code. It's not a project you'll immediately understand and be able to work with. Besides...  who trusts random people on the Internet? It's not easy to find people developing good content. To be totally honest, I'm also not looking for any, because imho it brings more complications than benefits in the current situation. Besides... you know what hiring a programmer costs!? Maybe things change when our community grows even bigger. We're already on a pretty good way, steady player increases every week this summer!

Doubt.Thomy.is.going.to.hire.another.Developer.and.I.doubt.he.wants.a.freelancer.that.doesnt.have.a.set.of.skills.needed.or.whatever...

if you add at least 1 donator item per 2 months, money wont be a problem
