Do something about the prices dropping so fast! DFS 4.5m to 2.5m in 3 days aint normal!

It's maybe because people don't have money to pay for it, give it some time (drop rated are higher now etc)
Imo whips 1m is normal

We do not control the prices; the community does.

If people are selling the dragonfire shields for that low then they will keep on dropping as people will try to undercut each other.

It's because the demand is very low and the offer is very high.
You can't come between that, except if an admin would buy some shields and get them out of the game, in that case there would also come more cash and stuff becomes more expensive.
