Where can i get obby necklace i know it exists but where can i get it ?

I believe you can get it from the Tzhaar area, it would require the Tzhaar tokens though.

You can make them with crafting if I recall correctly, you will need to enchant it once you make it though.

thanks but  dexter told me obby neck does not work right now with obby maul ?when its going to work ?
