does mith dragons drop spare ? , I've killed those damn npcs at lest 80 times and no spare.

They drop zamorakian spear, as well as quite more drops. Check the guides section for the mithril dragons guide, where you will find all the possible loots. It is your bad day, some people get within the first 10-50 kills, some can spend days.. It's... the luck of the draw.
