It might be useful to get staff of earth, water, fire, etc. When you wear a staff like that you won't have to get those runes
For example you want to cast a spell that takes 3 fire runes and 2 water runes, than you wear a fire staff so you only need to have the water runes for the spell. At the end it's cheaper
