its in smoke dungeon right in middle of room where is aberant spectres or so :D

IN al-kharid where there used to be a boss, near pollinvillage or something, there is a well.

Climb in and be use to have "Face mask" (there is on the ground too), and in the middle of the room there is a chest. (run just east all the time).

Yeah it locates in Smoke dungeon but a guy said that you have to be a member to go there.. You can open it at the moment because Free  member is active! :)
