Is it ok that I see old  Equipment and Character Design Screens? How I can change it?
I delete Emps World and redownload but nothing change.

They enable automatically when you change the size of your client. It looks like your screen is just a little bit too small to show it. I've updated the game, that the large interfaces show a tiny bit earlier than before. Let me know if you have the larger interface versions after a game restart. :)
