Is Easter Basket still in game?

I was wondering if this item is still in the game? I was not sure it got removed in the next/last update.

I think that a couple of people had bought them before the removal of the clan wars, at least I saw them being sold by somebody. It would be unfair if the baskets were taken away from them.
