Title: How can you get the highest maxhit?

According to wiiki you can reach around 70 with the Zamorakian spear. My question is how. I am fully aware that prayer and pots were used (as well as good gear) to be able to get to 70.

With gear in the picture, plus Piety (melee) and super strenght I have gotten around 60 as highest maxhit. Which items should I switch out to increase my maxhit?

Max cape, Str (t), berserker ring (i), steadfast boots and using zamorak brews + super attack rather than super strength potions.

The wiki is slightly outdated in that respect, since all weapons were globally nerfed long ago, making maxhits lower, but special attacks stronger. Anyway, the question has been answered by Dan.
