The internet is harsh sometimes, you need to learn to contain your anger on people who annoy you, it will be hard at the beginning but eventually you will understand that raging people won't help you.

I believe there are 100 spaces for Free Players and 200 for Members.

You can easily make friends when meet, chat, play with players in-game so if you're looking for friends try to do PvP/PvM/Skills with a partner that you would find in the same place.
Another good communication between players is the official "Thomy" clan chat which you can argue, talk, ask with other players.
