I do usually leave that cc, but I usually join back if I need a team for Pest Control or something like that. Getting the Assistance cc back wouldn't change anything, because people will go where is more people, so their message would be read by more users (this applies the most for all those attention whores). This will cause a chain reaction where one CC gets empty, and one will be always full. In my opinion, there should be more strict rules and no warnings, and that would help to fight off all the cancer there and probably make others better people.

It would be a nice feature if staff could assign ranks to the CC and allow certain trusted players to be able to kick from the Emps-World CC.

By far the best way of controlling the toxicness out of all suggested here.
