I used to upload emps vids on a old yt acc, most of them got banned by jagec for illegal copyright use
is it possible to upload them without getting removed?

If you lower your music volume so it's fairly quiet and talk a lot (don't leave a lot of empty spaces with only music)  And credit the artists and all that then you should be fine.

It's very likely they were taken down because of the fact that your music was copyrighted. Even if you commentate, youtube tends to not like copyrighted music. Change the music in your videos to something that isn't copyrighted and you should be fine with uploading them.

Back when Scape was shutdown my whole channel was taken down by Jagex due to copyrighted gameplay or something along those lines. https://www.youtube.com/user/EmpsScapeMelt
