Give someone you trust your items to keep safe for you? ???
Yeah, that one is  one of the bests ways to keep ur items safe.

To others: Its addiction so this advice as " just dont stake" counts just as spamming. Why? Because if ur addicted u cant just stop.

O-T: You have to find a way by urself how to get over it. Some advice is spend much time with ur ingame friends, talk or go pvming with them, set some goals as leveling up or getting maxed etc or something that keeps u away from solitude. Or just think why is it bad and what are the worst consequences. Its like smoking, u do it if u dont have anything to do, but when ur into some business or u do something really hard u forget to smoke.

One more advice, dont start doing stuff irl that may get addiction, cause when u cant get over it ingame, what will happen irl?

You can't stop, it's impossible.

Once a staker, always a staker. There's nothing more fun in this game than staking hundreds of millions/billions. Once you've had a taste of that excitement, you can't go back.

Want to know what I do? I don't stake more than what i'm willing to lose. If your willing to lose it then you cannot even get the point of caring that you lost it.
If you follow the aforementioned you cannot be sad anymore. Hope this helped.

Best of wishes,
Austen

It's like asking how i can stop drinking alcohol or something else, And that only got one solution, and it's by convincing yourself not to.

In my opinion you shouldn't stop staking, After a long experience i had.

Its impossible to stop staking.
Once you have bitten the apple you have to keep biting it.

For myself personally, i have no worries getting cleaned.
Cause i always know i can rebuild. It's just a question about time.
Staking is just like waves in the Atlantic Ocean.
Sometimes its nearly still, sometimes it bounce up, but it will always fall down before it gets back up.

This x10000.

Once you start, you won't stop. It is the best money-making method everyone, even myself, frowns upon.

The only thing that pushes me out of duel arena is PKing, if wildy is dead there will always be duel arena, that's not something I control, but I myself don't enjoy any other activities, either skilling or PvMing or even Minigames >_>

Unfortunately, the server is not that active to have 24/7 active wilderness, so yeah, staking is the other option that I can not stop doing since wildy is dead.

Count PKing dead, what else you'll do? Oh well, you already know ^-^

It's not rocketsience, if you can't stop you get cleaned. Just accept that you will always get cleaned in a point of time in the future.
If you don't want to get cleaned then don't fucking stake, if you do happen to get cleaned then it means you didn't want it hard enough.

Staking means more to you than häving a stable bank.
You can explain it 10 different ways but if you're pussy enough to go back and whine that you can't help it then you're weak enough and you didn't want to stop staking hard enough.

If I lose a lot in wild I go staking, I stake back what I lost and leave or fucking get cleaned. I accept the risk and I don't care. Once Im in the area im ready to get cleaned cause most likely it's gonna happen.

Accept getting cleaned, stop being a pussy.

It's not a fucking huge problem that's why you can't help it or stop it, it's a game. It's yolo, you don't need to overthink about not staking and you probably wont.
If it mattered more you would stop, but it's jsut a fucking game and who cares.
