I tried looking on the Wiki-Page but there is nothing under Troll Spectators. However, I would assume they did still drop G Mauls.

Yes they do.

Currently troll spectators drop the Gmaul with a droprate of 0.5% (1 in 200)
Gargoyles drop gmaul with a droprate of 2% (1 in 50)
